How to make classic banana bread with chocolate chips - Greek Style

Here's a classic recipe to make banana bread with chocolate chips:

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas and melted butter.

3. Add baking soda and salt, and stir.

4. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.

5. Add flour and mix until just combined.

6. Fold in chocolate chips.

7. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.

9. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.

10. Slice and serve.
